Darrell R. Caudill, Jr.

After graduating from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 1991, Darrell Caudill served as law clerk for two years to the Honorable C. Michael Roach, in the Superior Court of Cherokee County. Following his clerkship with Judge Roach, he worked for the Marietta law firm, Custer & Hill, until he joined the firm in 1996. Since joining the firm, Darrell has engaged in a general litigation practice. Much of his work focuses in the area of local government law and family and domestic law. Darrell serves as attorney for the City of Ball Ground and the Cherokee County Board of Tax Assessors. He also represents the Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority and the Cherokee County School District. Since 2009, Darrell has served as Judge for the Holly Springs Municipal Court. Darrell is also a certified civil and domestic relations mediator.
